David Guido, Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at Bruster’s REAL Ice Cream would like all customers to take a short survey online in regards to their ice cream purchase at Bruster’s. The survey will take less than 1 minute and customers will receive a coupon for their efforts.
What is needed to take the Bruster’s Survey?
- Internet access
- The Bruster’s location in which the visit took place
- The store number which is the number following “Brusters #” at the top of the customers receipt
- The month and day in which the Bruster’s visit took place
- The time of the ice cream visit (click on the time using the clock option provided)
Once the above information has been provided the Bruster’s survey will then ask how much was spent (in dollars), where did the order take place (i.e. at the counter or drive thru), and then the all important question of how satisfied was the customer with the Bruster’s ice cream purchase (this is the money-maker and should be answered honestly). The how satisfied was the customer question will be answered on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the highest level of satisfaction and 1 being the lowest.
Other questions associated with the Bruster’s Ice Cream survey include “How satisfied were you with the quality of the products purchased during this visit?” AND “How satisfied were you with the speed of service during this visit?” both of which will be on a 1 to 10 scale.
