My Family Mobile Pay Bill

There are a total of 4 ways to pay a costly Family Mobile bill… online, by mail, in person, or the most recommended option automatic bill pay. The My Family Mobile Pay Bill AutoPay option allows a customer to have the bill automatically withdrawn from a credit card (i.e. Visa, American Express), a debit card, or a checking account (i.e. Bank Of America checking) every month so the customer will never have to worry about missing a payment.
Other (non recommended options) include
- Pay in person at a Wal-Mart store location: This is probably the worse way to pay a bill as it requires the customer to drive to Walmart and then go inside
- Over the phone: simply dial 611 from the customers Family Mobile phone or contact the customer call center at 1-877-440-9758
- Pay online via the customers Account Summary, then click Pay bill
Please note when making a payment via phone all automated system payments come with no charge while speaking with a My Family Mobile Pay Bill Customer Service representative will come with a $5 processing fee.
Other My Family Mobile Pay Bill Notes
- When making a payment over the phone please allow up to two hours for the payment to post to the My Family Mobile customers account
- Payments made via the phone using the automated service (IVR) should update almost instantly
- The payment will show up on the next day when making a payment at Wal-Mart after 10 p.m. Pacific Time (making a payment before that time at Wal-Mart? should post within 2 hours)
- When paying in store please have the customers My Family Mobile Account number on hand
- Those who need to dial-up a quick balance check should type #BAL# (#225#) and then press Send into their phone
