My Medical Me Pay Bill
Customers can make a medical payments, view recent account payments/transactions, add insurance information, update the account holders contact information (i.e. phone number, address), set up automatically payments, print payment history, and add a debit payment method. The My Medical Me Pay Bill service works best with the MS Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari and FireFox web browsers.
My Medical Me Online Account
- When making a payment please have the account holders ID number and the Guarantor first/last name
- If the customer has lost their My Medical Me ID number should call Patient Services Center at 1-866-770-2116
- Customers will have to register in order to use the online service
- Customer who already have registered for the My Medical Me service can sign in with their username and password
- Customers using an older version of the browser, some features may not work optimally
