Avis Rental Fine has a A+ rating with the BBB and those looking to dispute a charge must provide proof.  When renting the car the customer agreed to allow ATS direct billing of your credit card for all citations incurred during the rental period.  Any questions in regards to the contract signed in regards to the rental car agreement can be directed to a Avis customer service agent at 1 (800) 352-7900 between the hours of 7 am to 9 pm Monday to Sunday.  On top of the fine/ticket the customer will also be charged a costly administration fee related to the cost of collection, and/or the cost of providing information about the customer/driver to a court or governmental agency has also been billed (bottom line is DO NOT incur a ticket while renting a car from Avis).  In order to make a payment, dispute a ticket, and view or print a copy of the citations please provide the login instructions as advised on the notification letter.

  1. ATS Processing Services is a 3rd party service provider which is hired by Rental Car Companies and Fleet Agencies to process vehicle citations on their behalf
  2. Payments can be made via check or any major credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard)
  3. When writing a check be sure to detach the coupon and send it along with the check (be sure to mail the check well before the due date in order to avoid more costly fines in the form of late fees)
  4. Failure to pay will result in nasty calls from a collection agency along with a damage credit score 🙁
  5. Please allow up to 7 days to hear back in regards to a dispute
