Find My Mobile Samsung

  • Find a lost Samsung phone online with the Find my Mobile service
  • This is a free service for all Samsung phone customers
  • The customer can also lock, back up, or wipe a Samsung device via FindMyMobile.Samsung.com

In order to find a phone the customer must sign up for a Samsung online account and then enable the “remote controls” tab.  In order to ensure that the “remote controls” tab is enabled please Go to [Settings] > [Security] > [Find My Mobile] > [Remote controls] and check that [Remote controls] is enabled.  In order to track a Samsung mobile device the customer must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Use of Wireless Networks (Google’s Location Services) which uses Wi-Fi and/or mobile networks.  Once the customer has ensured that they are registered for the service they can begin to track a mobile device.  In order to track a Samsung Mobile device please make sure the device is turned on, the device must be connected to a network, and the customer must be logged in to the customers Samsung account (please note the customers MUST be signed in to their Google account if the phone is on the popular Android 4.3 Jelly Bean or below).

  1. The GPS signal does NOT have to be turned on in order to find the phone as it will use network connection and the Wi-Fi signals to locate the lost phone
  2. If the phones SIM card has been replaced a  pop-up window will be seen on the home page of the customer’s account page
  3. The Find my Mobile service can be used with more than one Samsung device
  4. Samsung reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms of this tech service at any time for any reason under the sun
