Firefly Car Rental Survey

In order to take the survey car rental customers will need the 9 digit rental record number along with Internet connection as the survey cannot be taken by phone or email. All information provided in the Firefly Rental Experience will be held confidential and will be used to improve the customers experience at Firefly car rental. The Firefly Car Rental Survey is operated by the InMoment survey firm.
Who or what is Firefly Car Rental?
- Budget friendly car rental service (think the Walmart of car rental companies)
- Founded in 2013 and owned by Hertz (was forced to create a new car rental company that catered to budget conscious consumers after they sold Advantage Rent a Car)
- Operates in the countries of Europe, USA, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand
When renting a car from Firefly the driver MUST present a valid driver’s license issued from country of residence AND if the driver’s license is in a language other than English, and the rental is in the United States, an International Driver’s Permit is recommended.
When making a payment via the Internet Firefly will accept any major credit card to include American Express, MasterCard, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover etc etc. Firefly will try to sell the driver an insurance policy that will last the lifetime of the rental but most customers with insurance (i.e. State Farm, Farmers) will most likely want to pass. Other options include:
- Fuel purchase options
- Additional drivers
- Child seats
