To start the Interstate Listens survey the customer will need the store number, ticket and register number along with the date of purchase.  Customers will also be asked to provide their name, email address, and phone number (optional).  The Interstate Listens customer survey is powered by Listen360 and should only take a minute or two to complete.

All information provided during the course of the survey will ONLY be used to improve the customer service and in store services at the Interstate All Battery Center.

Interstate Battery was founded by Mr. John Searcy in 1950 when he started selling car batteries out of the back of his truck to dealers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Mr. Seaercy named his company Interstate Battery System after the new highway system that was being built at the time.  The legendary John Searcy made millions and left the company in 1978 (President and Chairman Norm Miller took control).
