  • Provide feedback in regards to a Masters purchase and tell them how they can improve the customers experience
  • The survey will only take around 5 minutes to complete and once the survey has been completed the customer will be entered to win a $2,000 WISH gift card

The Survey Medallia Master promotion is being conducted by Medallia Inc. on behalf of Masters and all feedback will be held confidential.  Recent winners associated with the Masters customer survey sweepstakes include T. Miskan, 4077 QLD (February 2016) and V Beaney, 6027 WA (January 2016).

Survey Medallia Masters Sweepstakes Notes

  • Online purchases from Masters home improvement stores DO NOT qualify
  • Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged over 18
  • Masters Employees and their immediate families and any agencies associated with the collection or analysis of entries are ineligible to enter
  • There will be a total of 12 gift card drawing and the promotion may be extended by Masters Home Improvement at any point
  • Winners will be contacted by phone and or email

The Medallia Masters customer survey sweepstakes winner will receive 4 x $500 Wish Gift Cards via mail and the cards can be used at any store found at everydaygiftcards.com.au as a store which accepts payment using the Wish Gift Card,

  • The winners will have 12 months (i.e. one year) to use the gift cards
  • The total value of all gift cards to be given away during the Survey Medallia Masters Sweepstakes is listed as $24,000
  • Winners will have three months to claim their gift card or the prize will be forfeited

Any forfeited prizes may be eligible for a further prize draw which will be conducted for any unclaimed Prizes.  All Masters Home Improve survey winners will be contacted within 4 days of the drawing date.
